Day of Show: $22 per trial,     Open B/Utility B Combined, $36

 

Each trial is limited to a total of 55 dogs

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:

Dogs must be permanently registered with the UKC, have a Temporary Listing (TL) number or have a Limited Privilege (LP) listing number prior to the closing date.

Any dog having a title in another registry must show in the “B” class at that level.  Judges & trainers must also show in the “B” class.

Novice C is for dogs that have a UCD but do not have a UCDX qualifying score.

Entrants may advance to the next class on the next day if their title is completed & changes have been made with the trial secretary.

Mixed breed dogs are welcome at UKC Obedience events.

 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Check in 30 minutes before trial so we can fill any day-of-show entries

 

 

 

·                      The trials will be held indoors in a climate-controlled “No Smoking” building.

·                      Exhibitors are expected to be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.  Equipment will be provided.

·                      Dogs must be ready for judging

·                      No unentered dogs allowed, due to limited space for crating, and no dogs will be allowed to remain on the grounds overnight.


 

·                      No electrical or sanitary hookups

·                      RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry.  The Secretary will add a collection fee for the amount of each returned check.

·                      Entries must be on UKC entry forms.

·                      No concessions at show site

·                      The UKC, the Springfield MO Dog Training Club, Competition Dogs of the Ozarks, and their agents assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by spectators or exhibitors to any of their dogs or property, & further assume no responsibility for children.  They are likewise not responsible for any loss, accidents, or theft occurring at the show site.

                 There are "bully breed" ordinances in effect in the city of Springfield.  However, the show site is outside the city limits.

·                      Bitches in season cannot compete.  Entry fees will not be refunded for bitches that come in season after entries close.

·                      Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the Judge, or barred from competition by     action of the Show Committee.

                

  

AWARDS:

Ribbons will be given for the top four placements in each class. Rosettes will be given for 1st place, High in Trial, & High Combined.  All qualifying scores will receive a blue ribbon.  All placements will receive a dog toy. “New Title” ribbons will also be available.
