TD JUDGES

                

           

   TDX JUDGES 

 

TD JUDGING WILL BEGIN AT 8:00 AM.
TDX JUDGING WILL FOLLOW TD JUDGING, BUT NO LATER THAN 10:30.
 

TEST HOURS
All TD exhibitors must be at the test site by 7:30 am for the drawing of the TD tracks.  All TDX exhibitors must be at the test site by 10:00 am for the drawing for the TDX tracks.  Per "Tracking Regulations" Chapter 2, Section g, exhibitors not present at the time of the drawing will be marked absent.
                       
ENTRIES

Entries will not be accepted without certification (for TD entry), signature and fee. 

Make checks payable to:  Springfield, MO Dog Training Club, Inc.

Entry fees will be refunded within 7 days following the test for an alternate who

does not compete.  Entry fees will also be refunded for dogs that earn their TD Title (if entered in the TD Test) or earn their TDX Title (if entered in the TDX Test)

after entries have closed if an alternate replaces them in the test.

NO OTHER ENTRIES WILL BE REFUNDED.

 

CERTIFICATION 
A written statement must accompany each TD entry for any dog that has not previously passed an American Kennel Club TD Tracking Test.  The statement must be dated within one year of the date the test is to be held, signed by a person approved by the AKC to judge Tracking Tests and must certify that the dog has satisfactorily performed a certification test.

 

DRAWING OF ENTRIES & ALTERNATES LIST

The drawing shall be open to all interested persons.  Entries for the TD & TDX  Tests

shall be accepted until the official closing date and time, even though  the advertised limits have been reached.  A random drawing of all entries will be held to determine which dogs will participate in the tests.   Preference shall be given to those dogs that have not previously earned a TD title (TD Test), TDX Title (TDX Test), or VST title (VST test).  If the advertised limits are not exceeded there will be no drawing.  When the advertised limit has been drawn, all remaining  entries shall be drawn for a position on the alternate list.

 

 BITCHES IN SEASON MAY PARTICIPATE

The handler of a bitch in season MUST NOTIFY the test secretary prior 

to the time of drawing for the tracks and prior to bringing the

bitch onto the test site.   If unable to contact the Test Secretary, the handler may call Test Headquarters the morning of the test.  (417)831-3385.

 

DIRECTIONS TO THE TEST SITE
From US 65 take the Division St. exit (YY Highway), go east for 2.5 miles to the site entrance.  Turn right (or south) through the white stone pillars.  Tracking flags and the SMDTC sign will mark the driveway.  Follow the tracking flags to the test headquarters.
