Entries will not be accepted without signature and fee.
Make checks payable to: Springfield, MO Dog Training Club, Inc.
Entry fees will be refunded within 7 days following the test for an alternate who
does not compete. Entry fees will also be refunded for dogs that earn their VST
after entries have closed if an alternate replaces them in the test.
NO OTHER ENTRIES WILL BE REFUNDED.
TEST HOURS
The drawing for the running order of the VST tracks will be at 9:30am on the campus of Missouri State University in the Atrium of Strong Hall (900 S. Holland). Per “Tracking Regulations” Chapter 2, Section g, exhibitors not present at the time of the drawing may be marked absent.
DRAWING OF ENTRIES & ALTERNATES LIST
The drawing shall be open to all interested persons. Entries for the VST Test
shall be accepted until the official closing date and time, even though the advertised limits have been reached. A random drawing of all entries will be held to determine which dogs will participate in the test. If the advertised limits are not exceeded there will be no drawing. When the advertised limit has been drawn, all remaining entries shall be drawn for a position on the alternate list.
BITCHES IN SEASON MAY PARTICIPATE
The handler of a bitch in season MUST NOTIFY the test secretary prior
to the time of drawing for the tracks and prior to bringing the
bitch onto the test site.
TRAINING ON TEST SITE IS NOT ALLOWED
The SMDTC has permission to use the site for the weekend of the test only.
Loss of the site for future events may be in jeopardy if anyone violates this rule.
Training on the site will be subject to disciplinary action by the SMDTC and/or the SMDTC test committee.

DIRECTIONS TO THE TEST SITE
From 1-44 take the Glenstone Ave. Exit. Go south on Glenstone Ave
approximately 3 ˝ miles to Grand Ave. Turn west on Grand Ave. and go
approximately 8/10 mile to National Ave. Missouri State University is on
the northwest corner. Continue west on Grand Ave, turning north at the second street on your right....Holland St. Go to the first building on your right (Strong Hall) which is just past the Bear Park South parking garage. Please park in the U-shaped parking lot in front of Strong Hall.
Drawing for the tracks will be held at 9:30am in the atrium lobby of Strong Hall (900 S. Holland).
NOTE: Please leave dogs in vehicles. Dogs are not permitted inside University buildings.
